About Us
Protecting Sun Lakes Country Club and our local community from industrial overdevelopment since 2022.

The Pass Action Group was formed in late 2022 in opposition to a proposed warehouse being developed on Sun Lakes Blvd. in Banning, CA. The proposed project, known as Banning Point, was to have been directly across the street from Sun Lakes Country Club, a 55+ community, populated by approximately 6000 residents. Additionally, the planned project was adjacent to The Lakes, an Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Hospice facility with approximately 150 residents. And one half mile away is Four Seasons Beaumont, another 55+ community, with over 3000 seniors.
Led by Randy Robins, volunteers banded together to oppose the construction of a warehouse that would bring an unacceptable amount of daily truck traffic, noise and all related pollution. Senior citizens are sensitive receptors to this pollution and the Pass Action Group was determined to protect all residents from the inherent pitfalls of this project. P.A.G. won their battle in court and on September 10, 2024, the Banning City Council voted 3-2 to fully deny the Banning Point project.
Two years have gone by since the Developer was denied. They have every right to propose another project on this same sight. PASS ACTION NOW! stands by watching and waiting. We are determined that no warehouse projects whatsoever occupy the land on Sun Lakes Blvd, in Banning, CA, and, especially opposite the Sun Lakes Country Club Main gate.
